Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Covetly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Covetly. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Use a strong password and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Covetly for personal, non-commercial wish list and gift registry purposes. You may not use Covetly to post illegal content, harass others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts, or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the service.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Covetly Premium is a paid subscription billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your Billing settings — your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Covetly — your lists, items, and notes. By using the service, you grant Covetly a limited license to store, display, and deliver your content as needed to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for advertising.

7. Disclaimers

Covetly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free. We are not responsible for the actions of other users, including whether someone honors a reservation or purchase commitment on your list.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covetly's liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of Covetly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
